To share your screen during meeting, HOST needs to be on VAAKAM Web on a Desktop/Laptop Device (Windows, Linux or Mac) .  Participants can see your screen from VAAKAM Mobile Apps (both android and iOS as well as on Vaakam Web), but presenter needs to use a desktop to access VAAKAM Web App to share screen. A function of android blocks screen sharing from mobile browsers. So you won't be able to share screen if you access Vaakam Web App from a mobile browser.

VAAKAM Web App is accessible from https://vaakam.com

1. Login to VAAKAM Web at https://vaakam.com/login.html - from a Desktop/Laptop (Windows, Linux or Mac) .

2. Create a New Meeting, Share your code with participants and Click Continue to start meeting

3. Click Screen Share button to start screen sharing

4. You will be presented with options for screen sharing, Choose "Your Entire Screen", and click on the Screen to select it, then you will see "Share" button has been activated. If you want to share the audio that is going to be played in one of the apps in your laptop/desktop, select "Share Audio" checkbox.

5. Viola!.  Now all your meeting participants can see your screen. You can start explaining participants as you do during a normal physical conference.

6. Once you are done, click on "Stop Sharing" button, that appears on meeting screen, and your screen sharing will stop.

7. You can actually share anything you like that is there on your computer, like PDFs, powerpoint or you can explain software functions to children with this.
