Lobby Feature of Vaakam App allows full control to the host over meeting.
1. All participants need to wait in the server lobby, until Host starts meeting.
2. Once a participant joins meeting, you as Host, will be presented with option to "Allow" them or "Reject" them
3. Only if you allow, can they become part of the meeting.
To use Lobby feature, HOST needs to setup the meeting from VAAKAM Web. Visit https://vaakam.com , login to your account and Create New meeting from there.
Participants can use any of VAAKAM Apps (Android, iOS or Vaakam Web)
1. To Enable Lobby in your meeting, click the "Security" blob visible on the meeting screen as below
2. Click on Lobby Toggle, so it turns green to enable Lobby in your meeting.
3. When it turns green, that means Lobby is enabled, like below
4. To disable Lobby, just click that toggle again, and lobby will be disabled.
5. This option is available only on VAAKAM Web
6. We are soon bringing it to Vaakam Mobile Apps too.
7. In Mobile Apps, you can password protect your meetings, by clicking "Add Meeting Password". Only those who have your password and meeting ID both, can join your meeting. And you can change meeting password anytime.
