For Extra security or for convenience, you can add a meeting password to your meeting. 


 Before Meeting :  

If you add a meeting password before meeting, then you need to share with all participants, your meeting code, along with your meeting password. This is good if you want to create a meeting with extra security. 


After Meeting has started : 


Once a meeting has started and all participants you are expecting have joined in, you can click "Add a Meeting Password" in VAAKAM Mobile Apps, or "Security Icon" in the VAAKAM Web App, to add a password. After you have added password, no one else will be able to join in, unless you share your password and meeting ID both with them. 


This makes your meeting highly secure. We encourage all hosts to secure their meetings with a password, specially when they are discussing sensitive matters during a meeting.
