Hello

Video Quality depends on your internet connection, AND internet connection of party you are calling to.

VAAKAM servers are configured to give video output from 720p i.e. HD till 240p (lowest resolution) .

In fact, device and internet connection speed of participants determines how good a calling experience will be.

Coming to, How to solve video blur issue?

1. If its an online class, we advise all participants to mute their audio and video, and only teacher should keep their audio/video ON. If someone has to speak, VAAKAM's all apps have "Raise Hands" feature. They can raise hands one at a time, and ask their questions.

2. If you are in a meeting or video call, you can ask few participants, who are mostly listening to turn off their Video, that way they will be able to hear what other participants are saying, and what they will comment during meeting, will be audible to everyone.

3. Get a better range - you can get a network with better range and network speed.
